S.A.R.A

SARA is an automation to reduce as much as possible manual handling of the sampling. After sampling in the truck, it flows to the collection cyclone & homogenizer, it divides the adequate quantity of grain sample in each analyser or equipement for grading and collects the result data from those equipements to one sigle file, connected into a network managed by our Sarasoft, for each sample.

Arrival of the grain in the cyclone above the mobile hopper
Automatic detection of the necessary level
Homogenization with mixing screw
Distribution in the different devices: Example of configuration: Cleaner / Analysing devices / Collection tray/ Bagging machine / Surplus return hopper

The pupose of the SARA is modularity. There is no identical reception automation, it depends on your specific needs, equipement used, thoughput, distances, return of the grain to the truck etc...

In principle able to connect any devices you need, SARA increases speed and time for analysis, increases precision by automation and avoids fraud and human error.

As a general principle, the grain flows up to the cyclone sliding on the a linear rail or a swinging axis, homogenizes the sample and distributes the exact quantity required, for example 600ml for the NIR, for each device individually as quick as possible.

Regular devices installated : NIR with SW or with a moisture meter with SW, impurities cleaner, automated, bagging for saving live samples, then all devices are emptyed with the option to redirect surplus back to the truck. option is made to analyse on clean grain or as is with impurities. Other anillaries can be used.

- Samples arrive in the cyclonic-type receiver station attached to a rotating or longitudinal carriage
- Automatic detection of the required grain level
- Homogenisation by a mixing auger
- Distribution to the various processing stations, such as: Grain cleaner / Analyser devices / Sample collecting retainer / Bagging machine / Material surplus recirculation hopper
The S.A.R.A. can also be designed to process raw grain as well as cleaned grain.
